For Virtual Classes, Tyson will deliver everything you need including equipment and food the day of your class and will conduct the class via Zoom. He'll then pick the equipment up the next day - easy!
"Had an amazing experience thanks to Tyson. Was a fantastic idea for my mums 70th birthday. Not only did we have a great time in the kitchen we also learned a lot that will improve the quality of our meals moving forward. It was interesting, engaging, great fun and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Tyson and his team, thank you so much!"

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the numbers to my booking? Is it flexible?
Yes, you can add or remove people up to 48 hours prior so you have time. We recommend booking for what you know today and confirming closer to the time. After this time unfortunately you'll be charged 20% per person that doesn't show just as we need prep time for the food and wine.
What if covid hits again and we need to cancel, will I get a refund?
We hope this never happens again, however we completely understand the risks for everyone. Yes, only in the instance of covid shut downs do we offer full refunds and of course you can change the date of your booking to another time.
How do I know if my kitchen is big enough to hold a pasta class?
An island bench is ideal for hosting a pasta class. Due to government regulations, we do need to ensure there's adequate spacing between each person. If you don’t have an island benchtop, that’s ok, at an additional small cost we can bring a fold out table that we can work from as well. If you’re unsure you’re welcome to send us a photo for us to judge straight away.
What do I need to do as the host? What do you need me to prepare before you come?
We need a sanitised, cleaned down bench with glasses and dinner plates for your family and friends ready to go. It's important that your guests are ready on time to ensure you're eating at an appropriate hour. And we'll do the rest. We bring ingredients, pots, pans, hand sanitiser, gloves if required and the fun!
Should I supply additional food for people?
We recommend adding a platter on arrival, which we can organise for $200. This allows people to graze throughout the class as they have a glass of wine or two.
How is the class structured?
Learning how to make pasta the authentic Italian way runs for approximately 2 hours depending on the class size. At this time, our chefs then cook the pasta and carefully plate everything ready for guests to enjoy.
If we were to take a standard dinner booking, the timing would be as follows:
5pm - Chef arrives and starts to set up the class.
6 – 8 pm is fun, hands on learning with a rolling pin in one hand and a glass of pinot in the other.
8 – 9pm is enjoying the food with your friends and loved ones whilst our chefs then clean down the work stations in the kitchen to how the found it.
Based on this, we do recommend purchasing our optional grazing platter on arrival or ensuring you have something for guests to nibble on.

What if some people in the party don’t drink alcohol do we get a discount?

What if we don’t drink red wine?
